I think everyone today spends too much time indoors, and I am dedicated to helping others learn to embrace all that the outdoors have to offer. My favorite outdoor activity to enjoy in the winter is skiing, and even though I am not a "spring chicken" anymore, I still love hitting the slopes and getting a great workout. During the spring and summer I enjoy boating and camping, and both spending time in nature and out on the water are very relaxing activities. I think this world would be a better place if everyone spent more time outdoors, so I decided to start a blog to share my tips for getting your family active.
